I never really liked the show since it gives people permission to laugh at others for being different, the writers try way too hard to make phrases sound scientifically complex, and they insist on having the characters use the imperial system of measurement. |

Umm, yeah, any short scene like this that's taken out of context since, unless you saw the episode, you have no idea what exactly is going on, can be considered not funny. What's your point? |

i don't understand how anyone can find any part of this show funny. it's a sitcom. if you need laughter or an applaud sign to tell your audience something is funny, then it's not. |

This can be applied to most sit-coms, no?
That aside, I don't even watch the show and didn't think it was too bad. I had a few chuckles. :) |

Not one of the funnier scenes on the show & it needs the set up to make it funny. Obviously the OP does not like the show & picked this scene for those reasons |
