Thursday, January 10, 2013 4:26:48 PM I actually think it is less annoying without the fake audience laughter. |

Wednesday, January 09, 2013 9:56:31 AM why do people always make such an effort to try to make others hate the same things they do? that time is better spent promoting the things you do like. |

Wednesday, January 09, 2013 9:17:06 AM I'm fairly sure it's filmed live, btw. Might have some laughs added later but you can buy tickets to the show anytime. |

Tuesday, January 08, 2013 7:02:55 PM This is one of the only shows I actually laugh aloud at. I don't see it as geek humor. I see it as raunchy bro stuff. Like totally juvenile under the table 12 year old stuff. Come on what can you expect when S01E01 intro is of them donating sperm!? Unaired pilot |

Tuesday, January 08, 2013 12:38:55 PM Of course it is going to seem awkward because the actors are waiting for the laughing to die down in between delivering their lines creating an awkward pause. |

Tuesday, January 08, 2013 11:34:45 AM Very interesting @ Squidbush. I DO believe you... but do you have any articles on the web to back that up? (just curious) |

Tuesday, January 08, 2013 8:37:52 AM Ever watch Michael Myers without the scary music? Armageddon without that Aerosmith song??? Not so scary and not so sad. Laugh tracks = ambiance where music isn't applicable. |

Tuesday, January 08, 2013 6:54:11 AM Many jokes aren't funny when taken out of context and you say them to yourself with nobody around to share the joke. You feel safer laughing at things when others do rather than thinking it is funny but wondering if you might upset somebody by laughing at them - people get so touchy about that. |

Tuesday, January 08, 2013 6:21:33 AM Removed the context to a lot of the humor by showing a scene from late in the episode. The removal of the laugh track only made it like an episode of the office, where it's an uncomfortably bad situation that you are forced to sit through. |

Tuesday, January 08, 2013 5:47:11 AM "what happens is that a studio audience generally laughs more than a single viewer at home in front of the TV/computer because laughing is a social thing. you laugh loud to signal others that you understood the thing and found it funny. So when you are alone, a scene may be just equally as funny, yet you don't laugh, which makes you think that it MUST not be funny" Which is why they started using laugh tracks in TV. That way you don't have to deal with an audience gumming things up by making noise or laughing (or NOT laughing), just add a recorded audience laughing at the appropriate moments. Laughing is similar to yawning, it's contagious. |

Tuesday, January 08, 2013 5:25:18 AM Its still a decent show that has its moments, the episode where they get high when they are supposed to be watching shooting stars was pretty good. They really need to tone down the laugh but theres no other sitcom like it on tv so its the best of its kind right now. |

Tuesday, January 08, 2013 5:20:55 AM This scene wasn't particularly funny to begin with, all this proves is that you took a mediocre scene and attempted to prove the entire show isn't funny by removing the laugh track. You're a moron. |

Monday, January 07, 2013 11:37:44 PM This wasn't a particularly funny scene to begin with. Though, if it had been edited to remove background noise, leaving the laugh track out most of the time would help. It's used far too often. |
