At least CNN had the decency to blur his face so he can't be recognized. Screw the person onboard who took this picture and made it public on Facebook. Why? It is of course ok to restrain him because he posed a threat. But we have no information on why this guy acted out other than tell-tales of him being drunk, but that might not be the case, it could be mental illness for instance and where I come from we don't make fun of sick people. |

Remember the Tokyo Convention folks. In the event of a threat to the aircraft the captain may order crew and authorise passengers to use force. If the situation is too urgent to ask the captain, anyone on board may make the decision. I think it was in 2000 or 2001 when 13 passengers on an airliner sat on a guy who was trying to break down the roosterpit door; they were deemed justified in the action which caused his death. |

Saw this on the news last night, hahaha! They had his face blurred though, it's funnier this way seeing him stare at the guy taking the picture, telling him to f*ck himself in a muffled voice. |
