Friday, January 04, 2013 9:09:54 PM I bet he would not enjoy a shot of cop-strength pepper spray on the end of his willy. |

Friday, January 04, 2013 4:57:05 PM Although apparently there is an old London by-law that permits a pregnant woman to urinate into an officers's helmet. Urban myth. There are some strange old laws in the UK or parts of it and some of them are still on the books (though not enforced), but that's not one of them. There's a little bit of a kernel of truth - a pregnant woman would be given a lot of slack regarding urinating in public places (and that's official advice). |

Friday, January 04, 2013 4:36:13 PM In the US they could get him for a sex crime. Exposing his penis in public... life time registration on Sex Offenders List plus jail time. Possible "assault" as well if he actually hit anyone with the splatter. Why stop at just one criminal offense when you can tack on 10....it's the American judicial system way! Same here in the UK. Only for men, of course. It's a minor public order offense for a woman to be nude in public. A fine at most, as opposed to a life ruined even after the end of the jail sentence. That's after the revision of sex offences laws to ensure "sexual equality". "equality" in the feminist sense, obviously. Power is what matters. Get enough power and you can redefine words to your liking.

Friday, January 04, 2013 2:36:22 PM It is illegal to urinate in public where a child may be present. Which is pretty much everywhere. You can be arrested and charged as a pedophile, which will stay with you the rest of your life. |

Friday, January 04, 2013 11:17:41 AM As far back as the 60s it was standard protest rally procedure to lob baggies of urine and feces at policemen forming a line to protect anything. The idea was to incite a charge and get lots of pictures in the news of cops swinging batons at students. Ah, the good old days... |

Friday, January 04, 2013 10:59:01 AM chaklet, It's also (apparently) legal to urinate against the rear near-side real of your vehicle. As tax-payer she could claim a measure of ownership. |

Friday, January 04, 2013 10:52:34 AM Assault, at least in the UK. Also behaviour likely to cause a breach of the peace, indecent exposure, causing a public nuisance ... There was a clip here a while back where a girl was arrested for assaulting a police officer by blowing bubbles. Although apparently there is an old London by-law that permits a pregnant woman to urinate into an officers's helmet. |

Friday, January 04, 2013 9:40:17 AM I think they can charge you with assault of some kind because you're intentionally exposing someone to bodily fluids which can carry disease. Don't forget indecent exposure laws, you can spend the night in jail if a cop catches you pissing on the sidewalk outside a bar or something like that so I'm sure it applies here. |

Friday, January 04, 2013 9:09:55 AM I'm thinkin' that a row of police in riot gear have more pressing issues than some tool peeing in public. If he's that stupid, I'm sure he'll hang around until the fun starts, and either get arrested or get his ass kicked, or both. One can only hope. |

Friday, January 04, 2013 9:00:01 AM He'd probably get popped for indecent exposure... since he needs a beat down but that's the only thing they could get him on. |
