Congrats on his win, but I'm gonna go into bitch mode now.
Grow a set! I can't stand men that cry THAT easily. Not that men can never cry, but if I'm at the office and I have a successful project I don't break down into tears! Grow some hair on that pair and man up!
Also, what's with all the bro-hugs? I don't run around pressing my body against people. Hugs are a familiarity I do not share with everyone I encounter. A manly handshake will do nicely, thank you.
