On the video, I don't see anyone confessing to a rape. Bad jokes, yes, and they say "she was raped" and laugh, but no one says "I put it in her". So, maybe it's accessory after the fact if they knew about it.
The photo that started it doesn't show a rape.
Bad situation, but is it a "rape"? |
