Yeah, it must mean that.....unless of course you'd read the article. Honestly, do you guys not get that the Daily Heil is the UK print equivalent of Fox News? Its stories are apocryphal at best, and even it makes clear that what is classified as a "violent crime" in the UK would not be elsewhere. Someone got arrested here recently for calling a mounted policeman's horse "gay", FFS! |

I think you'll find that's *Britain* you're talking about there, 5cats, and not "England". And the rate is only so high because it includes Scotland. And Scotland is only so high because it includes Glasgow.
Please don't judge the rest of the Europe or the UK by our standards. Having one city full of violent, drunken psychopaths doesn't make everyone in the UK bad people. That's like suggesting we're all sheep shaggers just because of those Welsh perverts. |
