Whereas that looks nice and efficient and all, I can't help but think that because of slight size differences (even given the scanning that occurs) that there are going to be instances of bone being sawed through where a human butcher would have severed a joint instead. But this is all probably going to Walmart meat anyway so who cares about bone gristle? |
