Not really. I've worn the same size for quite a while despite a 15ish pound change. If they're something like a sports bra, they tend to be elastic enough that they can deal with slight weight changes. If they're normal bras, the clasp in the back tends to have 3 or so different levels you can put it on if you're heavier one day (front clasps tend to only have one option, but I don't use those anymore because they've come accidentally undone way too many times). Unless your wife gets pregnant or gains/loses a lot of weight, her bra size will probably stay about the same.
That being said, I have no idea my mom's bra size. I can guesstimate it but that's about it. The cup size is easy but the band size is hard to tell just looking at someone, so I wouldn't expect my boyfriend or even a future husband to know that since I tend to shop for myself for stuff like that. |

He was probably stood in the shop at the time. I wouldn't know my wife's sizes. Let's be fair to men, women's weight yoyo's so much it's a wonder they know their sizes. |

I can sort of understand a daughter knowing her mom's bra size (I know my mothers, but I know the size of several female friends too), but a father asking his kids about it is just creepy. There's just no not-creepy reason he would ask. |
