No guns, one guy in jail, victim has not been shot by the nutter. If they had both been shooting at each other while this was going on with other people around how would that have been better? It would just have been a moving gun fight. |

The attacker was shown on the news this afternoon handing himself in to police, Several other motorists have also contacted police claiming to have been attacked by the same vehicle around that area. I don't think he has been charged yet, but was advised to "seek legal council". |

i can almost guarantee that without strict gun laws the guy in the decal'd PICKUP TRUCK would have had a gun in his vehicle, and this likely would have ended a lot worst. |

The law would not have made it any more difficult, so I don't see the point.
The fact that both guys are still alive is a great reason why we have gun control. We have moved on from the wild west, you should think about doing the same.
Only 1/20 gun injuries prove fatal, so it wouldn't be much different. |
