Sunday, December 16, 2012 4:34:19 AM OldOllie, how do you explain the unmitigated success of Australia's gun laws? They were gun crazy like us, had several mass murders like us, and then, OMG, made a logical, rational, reasonable choice about guns back in '93, and, guess the drat what? NO MASS MURDERS SINCE THEN. EXTREMELY LOW GUN DEATH RATE SINCE THEN. Your clutching of you guns 'til your hands get cold and dead is just stupid and illogical. But, hey, that's no surprise coming from a supposedly "pro-life" Republican. |

Saturday, December 15, 2012 10:11:04 PM Yes Ollie, we get it. A gun in every school classroom in America is the answer to reducing the amount of gun-related massacres in schools. In the face of murders by guns, the solution is (wait for it!) MOAR GUNZ! Kindergarten teachers should all be packing heat. Really? There's many reasons that conservatives lost the election. This is one of them. |

Saturday, December 15, 2012 7:25:43 PM Odd that the post talks about goodness yet the photo shows the moment before a young Hannibal Lecter took his first bite on someone's nose. |

Saturday, December 15, 2012 1:52:57 PM I really like this. I see so many people saying things like "pray for the victims, pray for the families." And I appreciate that some people, for themselves, for their own peace of mind, need to pray in order to feel that things aren't all crazy and out of control in the world. I get that. But that's not action. It's good to see a message that talks about those who do go out and do things. Who get out there and actually change conditions in the world. The helpers. Mr. Rogers' mom had it going on. Great message! |
