whether it's straightening a toe or cutting off a pinky toe the whole point is that it's farking retarded.

I agree with you both tobunshi and mcgovern but a high majority of women don't do this to impress men. It is more of a pissing contest between themselves. |

Saying just "incease" without showing the real numbers of people who have done it, just makes me think it is really low but saying so would of ruined the story.

So unless you don't consider pinky toes, actual toes, it looks like they are cutting off toes to me.
