So according to the web everything is a fair target for jokes except rape. Sorry, but the way I see it either everything is fair game or nothing is. I mean, where's the hate towards cyanide and happiness then? I'm quite sure they have some rape jokes in there somewhere. |

I've never really cared for the oatmeal. Strikes me as coming from the same weird = funny formula school of comedy as family guy and stuff on adult swim, like some bizzaro mad libs. South park's brilliant tear down of family guy could be used virtually verbatim to describe the oatmeal in my opinion.
How do you make a triceratops growl?
1. Take away his trampoline
2. Make him wear a tutu
3. Eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich in front of him without sharing
That is 15 minutes of s.hitty illustration away from being a front page oatmeal comic.
If it rocks your boat though, more power to you. I do LOVE the way he destroys people that f.uck with him though. His posts related to funnyjunk are world class.

Never had a problem with The Oatmeal before. Watched the whole suing thing by FunnyJunk, and thought Inman handled it very, very well.
If you've ever read a single Oatmeal comic, how on earth could you think he's pandering to anyone? Gotta say, the Buzzfeed author comes off as a right tool here. Surprise surprise. |
