They are both the same person. Boxxy is a character that Catie used to play back in 2009. But, as she got older, she found she couldn't gather the energy needed to keep up the persona and wanted to move on to other things. No tinfoil hats needed, here. There is no ongoing Boxxy conspiracy.
People move on. You probably should, too.
