My guess? This pic belongs to the boyfriend who he's hugging, you know, the guy who owns the orange rape van? He's not quite out of the closet yet, so the faces are blacked out. Plus, he's a little ashamed that the purple miniskirt anniversary gift he bought his lover for their magical weekend in the woods doesn't *quite* match his eye color.

It also looks like the scaly, shiny, patchy skin you get after a week or so after having a tattoo done.
