Being a Harry Potter fan, I think it has to do with how He Who Must Not Be Named. He killed Harry Potter's parents and tried killing him, leaving him a little scar(tattoo like) on his head. In this case, Pizza the Hut, must have killed the person's parents, and tried killing that person. But failed, leaving a small scar like on the ankle?

I was worried that it may have been a belt-line, but closer inspection showed it to be an ankle-line. |

Not being a harry potter fan, I have no idea what this is supposed to represent- but it does look like a piece of greasy, cheese drippy pepperoni pizza that some of my kids eat. Gross. |
