Tuesday, November 20, 2012 10:24:33 AM BoredFrank, Just on a technical point. The OT was Bronze age, the NT Iron Age. There are no Stone Age texts.

Tuesday, November 20, 2012 7:08:12 AM There is no Magical Sky Man, the bibble is just a collection of conflicting anecdotes penned by Stone Age goat-herders, and only the weak-minded and the blatantly stupid believe any of it is any more 'divine' than Norse mythology or any episode of SpongeBob SquarePants. |

Tuesday, November 20, 2012 6:18:27 AM @ferdyfred, God did not create us in his "perfect" image. He created us in his image, as an action figure of Iron Man is a creation in the image of Robert Downy, Jr. as Iron Man. We were likewise created in his image with the exception of free will. |

Tuesday, November 20, 2012 1:14:50 AM TruTenrMan Not wishing to cause hassle, but apparently god created us in his own perfect image, then went about blaming us for our faults, hold on... I see a question here.... |

Monday, November 19, 2012 11:59:51 PM @Angry_Grymlin: That's FOUR (4) more braincells than "y'all"! @SilverThread: Y'all are the 19% (or less) congradulations! PS: If it's all just a "happy accident" then why do you continue to live? Not joking bro... it's a challenge! @TruTenrMan: Good for you! It's nice to believe in something! I have absolutely NOTHING to counter that belief... it's a darn good one! That's for all the IABers who think I just "like to argue" = I do not! I just like to point out when y'all are STUPID! |

Monday, November 19, 2012 8:45:30 PM @5Cats: I'd answer that with "Interactive God". He gives mankind the opportunities to alter things, but leaves it up to freewill as to whether or not mankind acts on such opportunities. |

Monday, November 19, 2012 8:25:11 PM Our whole universe was in a hot dense state, Then nearly fourteen billion years ago expansion started. Wait... The Earth began to cool, The autotrophs began to drool, Neanderthals developed tools, We built a wall (we built the pyramids), Math, science, history, unraveling the mysteries, That all started with the big bang! |

Monday, November 19, 2012 5:29:11 PM I'm with you @TruTenrMan! And apparently the vast majority of Americans too! My only question is: Active God? (like the Bible) who's altering evolution and human affairs, or: Passive God? Who just created everything, set it motion and then stopped meddling. |

Monday, November 19, 2012 5:23:40 PM 0:43 Trilobites! NOTE: Obviously not to scale! Humans would be a "blip" of less than 1 second at the very end if that were so...
Hey! Lookie! Even 71% of Democrats think God had something to do with it! Suck it h8ers! |

Monday, November 19, 2012 5:12:23 PM I'm a Christian who believes in the Big Bang and creationism combined. Who's to say God didn't create the universe by causing the Big Bang? Makes more sense than something appearing out of nothing anyway*. How can a place with no mass suddenly produce mass? (*This does not take into account the multiple-dimensional collision theory stipulated by the String Theory.) |
