Bees would be my guess. At some points you can see two on the screen at once going different speeds and different directions, all crazy-like.

The problem with film is that it takes 3d and makes it 2d, so it is difficult to judge distance.

If they appear in that same spot regularly wouldn't it make sense to set-up right beneath them? But no, let's set-up a mile away and get the shakiest and blurriest images we can.

Pilotless surveillance drones: they don't need to stay within human-tolerable g-forces. Assuming this isn't a complete hoax (it has some credibility with this being CNN and it not being April 1st today), that would be my guess at a plausible explanation.

CNN's camera is pretty High Res eh? And it filmed the same things...
