I don't know Australian law, but in the United States, if you are in a public place, you may be recorded at any time without your consent unless you have a reasonable expectation of privacy, like in the bathroom or changing rooms. |

How could this possibly be illegal?
I just assumed that all fast food restaurants were under surveillance to deter criminal activity, but if it helps assure quality I guess that works too. |
