@chalket: And then it goes on to suggest that may have been rigged too...

VERY selective in your reading skills, eh? It's like you're wearing "Rose Coloured Glasses" or something...

So no, you aren't "correct" at all.

@5Rats
These numbers may warrant some looking into, but it is not as "impossible" or fraudulent as you seem to think.

From your own link:
"Many parts of Philadelphia and other big cities simply lack Republican voters, a fact of campaigning that has been true since Franklin D. Roosevelt's New Deal, Stanford University's Rodden said. In 2008, McCain got zero votes in 57 Philadelphia voting divisions."

So, Romney got zero votes in 59 this time instead of 57 for McCain? That just shows that Romney alienated even more people than McCain did.

And you seem to have dropped our little "discussion" without ever admitting you were wrong. Is that the best you can do? I expect it is physically/mentally impossible for you to ever admit that. Your head would explode or something, right?

Asking questions is Forbidden now? Under Bush it was "patriotic". Now it's "racist"?

Are there areas of Cleveland with 100% BLACK population? No Koreans, Chinese, Natives, Arabs? NONE? Not a few white folks here and there?

>>How many votes did McCain get in these same districts last time?

Liberals under Bush: What did Bush know in advance of 9/11? He probably planned the whole thing himself!
(Some IABers actually believe this, fyi... and a LOT of Democrats do!)
Liberals under Obama: It's RACIST to suggest Obama could have done something about Benghazi! Even if he DID watch it live on Drone-TV... what could he have done in those 7 HOURS???

Um, order in the Marines, airstrikes, support from just down the road?

Compare: Pre 9/11 vague talk of "a plot" with no people, targets or dates listed.
Pre Benghazi: Specific people, plot, target AND DATE were KNOWN to Clinton and Obama...

Many Precints Report Romney Got ZERO Votes 59 in Philidalphia and 9 in Ohio, Zero votes?
See @markust: the NEWS is trying to cover this: LOCAL papers, blogs, they're not claiming outright "vote-rigging" just wondering how such mind-boggling statistics can occure (without, you know, a little help).

@Palfas: Who linked their own blog? I missed that...

@EgalM: Not ONE person in those 68 places, of any race, not ONE voted for Romney? Even with Early Ballots? NOT ONE? But folks voted for 3rd party candidates...

Combine this with hundreds of Republican "Scrutineers" being refused and WOW! The same areas where they were absent? ZERO votes for Romney! (General areas, idk specific precints...)

Asking questions is FORBIDDEN now? When Bush was PotUS it was "pat

So the areas with more black people voted more for Obama? How can that be possible? I thought black people loved Mitt?

"The final spending bills for the budget were not signed into law until March 11, 2009 by President Barack Obama, nearly five and a half months after the fiscal year began. "I am signing an imperfect omnibus bill because it's necessary for the ongoing functions of government," Obama declared. "But I also view this as a departure point for more far-reaching change." [2"> This final bill also featured 7991 earmarks totaling nearly 5.5 billion dollars."
From the Wiki: 2009 US Federal Budget

Like I've been saying ALL ALONG: Obama had a huge role to play in the 2009 Budget, as well as passing the 2010 Budget, and a lot of other facts!

Imperfect as it may be, Jan 20 is the day his responsibility begings. I've never said exceptions CAN NEVER be made, DUH! But the budget = same rules for every PotUS.

Well, closest thing I'll get to a straight answer it seems, I guess I'll take it.
NOW will you stop being insulting about it?

1 - Obama signed his budget in Feb 2009: The spending didn't wait until October, it started immediatly!
2 - The whole point of Election in November and Inauguration I January is so the PotUS CAN BE READY from DAY ONE!
3 - All spending during the 'lame duck sessions' of Congress must be re-approved by the new Congress in Jan. (eg: GM's bailout) Many iniatives from the Bush Era (eg: the Tax Cuts) ALSO were re-signed by Obama.

My point reamins: One cannot simply move the goalposts whenever it's convenient.

My point also remains: 9/11/01 happened during Bush's term. Even though it started before he took office, HE is the PotUS who has to deal with it!
Gitmo REMAINS open = Obama's fault. Not "who opened it" that's MOOT!
Hope that's clear...

"@HG: Taking trolling to a whole new level! Demanding "proper format" so he can ignore my questions in the proper order..."

Wow. I try to move forward in a reasonable respectful manner and you go back to name calling. How could you possibly view anything in my last post as "trolling"?

"1. What date EXACTLY does the PotUS become responsible for what happens in the USA?"

The day he takes office. However, most everything has outside factors that can dilute responsibility. The world is in motion on Jan 20. Things are happening. they don't all of a sudden reset.

If 1,000 Americans are killed in Iraq on March 1, 2009 it is Obama's fault, but certainly not as much his fault as the president that started the war, planned the war, and put in place those that led the war effort.

If you see a chart of unemployment that shows a steady rise in umeployment from 5% on 04/08 to 10% on 10/09 then you have to be able to look at that and realize that there was probably nothing the guy who took office on 1/09 could do to stop it.

The budget however is cut and dry. everything for the fiscal year was laid out by the previous administration. I CAN"T believe we are still having this debate.

"The 2009 fiscal year began Oct. 1, 2008, nearly four months before Obama took office. The budget for the entire fiscal year was largely set in place while President Bush was in the White House."

"(Obama's additions) amounted to just a tiny percentage of FY2009 spending — about $140 billion out of a $3.5 trillion budget"

"Let's use an analogy. Obama's FY2009 performance is like a relief pitcher who enters a game in the fourth inning trailing 19-0 and allows another run to score. The extra run is nothing to cheer about, of course, but fans should be far angrier with the starting pitcher."

This is from the CATO Institute. It is a libertarian leaning think tank. It is VERY conservative on economic policy and has been VERY critical of Obama. Nobody could call this a liberally biased source. Please read the article. It sums up this issue PERFECTLY.

If Romney won and took office Jan 20, 2013 in his first year the CBO projects unemployment will hit 9% and there will be $700B added to the debt. Would you be blaming Romney for those things? I sure wouldn't. This isn't bias. This is common sense.

"Obama didn't get a grasp of the problem until May of his first year when the losses became gains and we have been gaining ever since."

Sorry, I had that wrong. It wasn't until around Spring of 2010 that Obama got a handle on the jobs and they started moving in a positive direction.

"For someone who says the MSM & Fox both suck, you have a lot of faith in them. When Fox was pounding the drum on "Fast & Furious" and "Benghazi" not one liberal cared! Why would this be any different? The AG needs to do his job, but as I said: he's ignored it before and he'll do so again! And the MSM will issue a "free pass" like they always do."

You keep ducking and dodging the question. Why is FoxNews.com not reporting this if there was voter fraud? Not a peep from them.

"What date EXACTLY does the PotUS become responsible for what happens in the USA?"

That is a pretty open question.

If you are talking about spending the new Presidents budget does not start until Oct 1st of his first year. For instance George Bush's Fiscal Year 09 budget was for Oct 1 2008 to Sep 30 2009. Obama did add I think $82,000 for what was spent during that time on his stimulus. But then again you know this. At one point you even agreed to it.

If you are talking about job losses there were a lot of jobs lost in Obama's first two months but look at the charts and this was clearly a result of the months and months of job loses that happened during the previous administration. Obama didn't get a grasp of the problem until May of his first year when the losses became gains and we have been gaining ever since.

All it would take is the one person who voted for Romney in that precinct to go on FOX News and say so and it would be proof

And HOW would they "prove it"? It would be testamony, not factual evidence.

...the news would be all over it.

For someone who says the MSM & Fox both suck, you have a lot of faith in them.

I'm 'gullible' because I don't swallow the MSM's kool-aid? Whole new definition of that word...

I make up my own mind about PotUS, character limit says "Post Reply" now...

blah blah blah.

I see NO evidence that anything written on that website is true...yet on youtube there are vids of people using the voter machines owned by tag romney and every time they hit Obama, it selects Romney.

so yea GOP, maybe this time you should shut it on accept your ample loss yet again.

#1: What date EXACTLY does the PotUS become responsible for what happens in the USA?

I've asked you this exact question several times & each time you duck question in a fowl manner. I've added the superflous #1 as per your request.

Your November 12, 2012 11:04:32 AM dances all around, but doesn't answer. There's no hard and fast date at all! 1 and 2 were just complaints, #3 gives "day one" which I can only guess is Inaguration Day, but then makes "exceptions and excuses" aplenty!

NO ONE ever accused Obama of "starting" the Iraq war, so saying "that's not his fault" is moot.
The economy is elusive, it's true! BUT one needs a date to say when one admin ends and the other begins.
I say: Jan.20 is that day.

Again, every state Obama won constitently polled his way in the final few days of the election. That makes it highly unlikely that any kind of voter fraud swung the election to Obama.

If you are not a liar 5Cats, if you truly believe these things then you are the most gullible person I've ever encountered. Let me just warn you that you have not won the Nigerian lottery and a relative has not just died and left you $30 million. These are scam emails that you should delete.
