@Justin9235: your partially right. centrifugal force is not made up but rather an imaginary force. centrifugal force is an imaginary force that's felt by observers in a rotating frame.
The centripetal force is the actual force that's causing the rotating movement. both are technically correct depending on what point of reference you are using. |
