Did he just spend nearly 13 minutes to say, "Not everything you think is Autotuned is autotuned, some of it is just pitch corrected"? What am I missing? Isn't autotuned pitch corrected, specifically using Autotune brand software and the distinction he's making is which plug-in was used to manipulate the pitch? wtf? |

o_cantiflas, the point was made at the beginning. Many people (who have never touched an audio editing program in their life) are too fast to judge a song by saying it's "autotuned". This video is meant to educate those people and show that just because you edit a person's voice, doesn't mean you have autotuned it. |

Talent has no relevance in pop music. THe only thing that producers are interested in is the ability for that person to make money.
Take katy Perry for example. COmpletely untalented, but since she sang a song about lesbians and regularly dresses in skimpy clothes, they exploited it and made money off it. |

I agree with Squid partially and partially disagree... I believe that "autotune" has ruined musing by making it able for talentless hacks to make it in the music industry... |

I don't mind some pitch change as long as it is not noticeable. Some exceptions!
