Thursday, November 08, 2012 10:19:03 PM Well, I don't smoke anything--I like my lungs clear. But I don't see how legalizing recreational marijuana will hurt anyone. Stop spending federal money, chasing after growers and smokers, and start worrying about more important things. |

Thursday, November 08, 2012 1:06:22 PM About time. Senseless war on drugs has take enough of our resources, and made enough murderers rich! City based law on locational use limitation, and enforcement of DUI laws. That's all that we need.

Thursday, November 08, 2012 11:27:29 AM Well... so much for the plan to move to Colorado. Just what America needs; two states with a bunch of hooped up morons. ... you know, because we don't already have enough problems with Alcohol and other legal vices. Let's screw things up even more! |

Thursday, November 08, 2012 2:32:02 AM btw, officially, in Amsterdam, you arent allouwed to smoke MJ on the road, you have to be indoors. On average teh cops dont act on it tomuch though, it mostly depends on your behaviour. if you are relaxed and normal to the cops, they will ask you to dont smoke on the streets. If however you give them lip, you can get fined for it or even arrested. The charge can be smoking on teh street but in fact it should read being a dickhead. But then, the Netherlands are weird, officially, MJ is still not legal here, its tolorated. And as a coffeeshop holder (the guys that sell it) you have to pay taxes on what you sell.. the biggest joke is this, you are allouwed to sell MJ but you arent allouwed to buy it or have it in any quantity bigger then 20 grams. No one knows how coffeeshops can abide by that rule but it isnt enforced that much.. Again, only if the cofeeshop gives trouble, they get cought on this. So cudos for legalizing it peeps. |

Wednesday, November 07, 2012 10:36:24 PM I think it's good because the government shouldn't be controlling it, but I am bothered by people who are just so pro-pot that they can't be taken seriously. |

Wednesday, November 07, 2012 7:17:28 PM markust: State law has no precedent over the Feds, that and the Feds can now detain you indefinitely. Read the latest NDAA, that Obama signed, you might be shocked and surprised. |
