Gay marriage won in my state Washington by popular vote. Kind of kills your stupid bigot argument (talking to the stupid bigots). Wait, the other two states that had gay marriage on the ballots also chose love and tolerance by popular vote?
While I didn't support either candidate, this is certainly a result I am proud of. Mazel Tov, motha-fu<ka! |

I never ever ever ever ever had a doubt. Not one single bit.
I was guilty halfway throught the counting... I should have stuck to my initial prediction that Obama was going to win easily.
While I would have preferred Romney, I think the variation between the two is almost negligible. Either way, here is to hoping that the GOP gets the message that we are all sick of their religion and the varied intolerance it brings.
The one thing I am disappointed about is the lack of support Johnson received. I was very sure he was going to get 5% easily. |

Secondly: As much as I'd like to have seen Obama kick ass, it really was close. I may not agree with the Republican's politics, but I have to admit that they ran a good race. |

My husband's grandpa loved me for the three wonderful months I got to spend with him. Both knew all of me. Lose the hate and you can love the gay person you already know. I ripped Washington DC a mother f*cking new one tonight. What a fun trip. I tripped balls tonight. Mother f*cking balls. The Vietnam Statues came to life. Even with Florida it wouldn't be like the victoy Obama recieved in '08.
On the other hand, Gary Johnson did not cost Romney the election. Romney just couldn't seal the deal PERIOD.

Fox (via Dick Morris) was predicting a Romney win 325-213. Everyone at Fox was calling that a landslide.
If Obama takes Florida, it's a landslide by anyone's standards. It's already a landslide by common sense. |

Spending before great depression: 10%.
Spending during great depression: 20%.
Spending after great depression: 50%.
Top Tax Rate: 63%.
Now compare:
Spending before current recession: 35%
Spending during/after recession: 42%
Top tax rate: 35%.
Remember when I said compare? There are ways you get out of a recession. It's not by spending less and taxing less.
Furthermore Reagan style tax cuts are permanent hits to the deficit. A spending stimulus is a temporary hit to the deficit.
Also, why 4 year increments Andrew? Obama increased spending in the first year to stem the collapse, then spending DIDN'T increase, it lowered the next year, then stabilized after that.
These "never ending increases" stopped increasing with Obama. |
