There was no need for the mother to provide the drivers license as she wasn't driving. You do not need to provide your "papers" to cops.

Another useless cop with a quota...so I guess breastfeeding or changing a baby's diaper in public or letting your kids play in the kiddy pool in their underoos is a fineable offense now too?
guess that pig couldn't find anyone to beat up that day....had to take it out on someone. |

You know it wouldn't bother me if I saw someone pissing in their front yard, so long their front side is facing the front door of their house. If you're peeved (or heaven forbid aroused) by someone who isn't even 3 years old exposing themself, you got issues. |
