If they start having the gall to torture people and call it intelligence-gathering, or approving drone strikes on juvenile fellow-citizens (not to mention hundreds of innocent women and children that are unfortunate enough to be citizens of countries that terrorists choose to hide in), I'll be first in the queue. Whilst they're just there as an attraction for the tourists and something to put on our stamps but don't have any real power to do good or evil, I'm happy to leave them be. |

jtrebowski is correct. Hitting the iceberg was not on Obama's watch. He inherited not only a monumental mess but an opposition which prefered the mess to get worse as long as it made the POTUS look bad.
