that chocolate things bullpoo eating dark chocolate can improve your memory in 2 hours by up to 30% and i barely studied for my astrophysics exam that I had the other day so I crammed the night before and I did really well. Don't listen to psychologists they are drating useless! |

whilst i was in college one of my cognitive psychology classes did lengthy campus-wide research on study habits and their effects.
cramming for an exam came out a resounding failure. crammers earned an average of 4% lower test scores than those who trusted in simple daily study and review.
though an even nastier enemy of testing is chocolate. for some reason eating chocolate whilst studying or immediately before a test can tank scores by an alarming amount. |

I dunno. I had some subjects that required a lot of stacking up crap in your head - dates, formulas, sequences, etc. - and sometimes cramming a last minute review from a cribsheet just before an exam was all that got me a half-decent grade.
