I used to love riding on the bottom of the shopping cart rather than in the kid's seat on top. I don't see the big deal. |

My granddaughter went through a phase where she preferred that part of the stroller. Nothing wrong here. |

Kids are weird and I wouldn't be surprised if he decided he wanted to sit in that part of the stroller. Also, it doesn't really look like the clothes are in the stroller seat either.... |
