Thursday, November 08, 2012 9:37:34 PM But he's still the neatest thing since sliced bread, right? You have to love the people that can't see the forest through the trees. Politicians are innate liars. It's the incessant need to protect Obama and covet him from any responsibility that astounds me. Some Obama "followers" remind me of the Heaven's Gate cult, willing to believe anything. You all just need your purple sneakers. |

Tuesday, November 06, 2012 5:51:28 AM trippyhippy: All humans are liars. As all politicians are human your statement is true. But as we all know, some people are bigger liars than others. There is evidence to debate which politician is a more honest. I must concede that I too am glad that it will be over tonight. At least I hope so. |

Tuesday, November 06, 2012 4:40:30 AM All politicians are liars. To argue over which is a bigger liar is about like saying that we have decided they are both green and arguing over which is a darker shade of green. I'm glad it's over today. |

Monday, November 05, 2012 8:30:41 PM Interesting link. Going to the Politifact.com tally of both canditates. Percentage of mostly false or completely false statements: Obama: 26% Romney: 41% Romney's a much bigger liar. According to the non partisan site Politifact.com |

Monday, November 05, 2012 7:40:27 PM Were you posting about the crippling debt when Bush was the one racking it up? Bush gets his share of the blame, but Obama still racked it up in his term. |

Monday, November 05, 2012 1:37:22 PM What appears close is the Ohio rally's. Obama needs Ohio to secure a victory. If Ohio goes Romney, Romney will have a chance if he also gets Virginia and Florida. This is what the actual politicos in the GOP are looking at. Regardless, how do you expect to not have lying in today's elections. We've had bullpoo candidates ever since the Dems got their open primary system in the 70s. |

Monday, November 05, 2012 11:27:15 AM 'all current figures point to tomorrow being a very VERY close election' What current figures? The ones the Romney campaign and his surrogates are claiming? Obama has a swing state firewall based on nearly every poll. The popular vote may be close, but that doesn't necessarily transfer to the electoral college. |

Monday, November 05, 2012 10:43:02 AM "The media wants to make the election appear as close as possible so that people tune in. It is in their best interest to skew things or not call things so the map stays as even as possible. It is good for coverage." I love that the media is doing that. I wouldn't want the Dems to get complacent and not vote. |

Monday, November 05, 2012 10:37:38 AM Markust123 "I have no idea what numbers you are looking at. Maybe it is you who is pushing their opinion. The electoral college polls show Obama winning quite heavily." I tend to agree. You have to keep one thing in mind. The media wants to make the election appear as close as possible so that people tune in. It is in their best interest to skew things or not call things so the map stays as even as possible. It is good for coverage. |

Monday, November 05, 2012 10:00:31 AM I would totally read this. That way I could get unbiased information based on facts alone. However yesterday Crakr and OldOllie informed me that politifact is a biased shill site that can't be trusted. So nevermind. |

Monday, November 05, 2012 9:52:48 AM Politifact is a biased left-wing site. Thus, all of these are inadmissible. |

Monday, November 05, 2012 9:20:00 AM If you look at the electoral college polls Romney has never had a chance in this race. Even at the height of his bump he had no chance. Obama has bounced right back and the electoral college is locked in his favor. I went through this with John Kerry. Tuesday night is going to be miserably sad for conservatives. I feel for them. Maybe in 2015 they will pick a better candidate. Democrats did after learning our mistake with Kerry. But I guess Conservatives are slow learners, because this is twice in a row they have picked a loser. Mitt Romney is such a bad candidate he has no chance of winning even when the economy is still down. That is a bad candidate. |

Monday, November 05, 2012 9:08:07 AM I hate how everyone is trying to politicize fact checking websites. Can't we just except that all humans are flawed and that includes Presidents and Presidential Candidates. Vote for the one that you generally agree with the most based on the issues. |
