@zombunny. If you're telling me someone that posts a photo of themselves on the internet wearing only cling film and hotpants isn't trying to look sexy, I'm going to have to conclude that you're the one that's mistaken.
And whether she was or she wasn't trying to look sexy, the comments below about how unappealing her outfit is would remain valid. Or do you think there are a lot of sandals-and-socks wearing men that are owed an apology too for the presumption people have that they should not be in inflicting that unattractive a look on the general public?
There's a time and a place for radical feminism and protesting the objectification of women. I suggest that some girl that posts a photo of herself on the internet of her otherwise naked tiny boobs wrapped in cling film for attention may not be that time and place.

MacGuffin, you seem to be missing my point, which was not to state the obvious problem of boobs + plastic wrap, but to say that she's clearly not trying to look sexy here. To say "she had the potential to look way hotter" is to suggest that looking hot should be her main objective, and I think that's not cool. |

I can't speak for the guys. But as a girl, do you realise that:
1) Funnily enough, having a pair of my own, yes: I did know that.
2) My informed knowledge about how unattractive boobs are when bandaged down in this way doesn't make this look any hotter or the comments below any less valid. Your statement is like a guy wearing socks with sandals saying "You do realise that you can see the socks through the sandals? It's just physics. My free choice to dress in this hideously-unattractive way is your problem if you don't find it appealing!" |
