1) If you ain't up to it, don't get into a fight. If you think some unwritten rule about not hitting women or people with glasses gives you the right to shoot your mouth off, push or hit someone or agitate someone, think again.
2) beating someone when he or she's is down already and you have proven you will not be messed with, is a sign of weakness. It's one thing to put someone in his place, it's another to lose your temper altogether and keep on beating when the other is down. That's just pathetic. |

He actually touched her first, people. But yes, she did throw one punch, and then he beat the poo out of her until she was on the ground, then began kicking her while she was down. At the very least, while down, she stopped being a threat. He could be brought up on charges for attacking someone that had clearly given up. Also, anyone defending him, past the first couple punches, is a complete douche-bag. |

She hit him first. She should be given special treatment because she is a lady and not in complete control of herself or emotions. When a lady initiates an attack, you have to realize it was a woman and they can't control anything. |

I don't know what you guys are talking about, he's clearly the one who started getting physical, not her. Also, she was apparently trying to get them out of her house, hence all the "who let them in here" at the beginning. |
