That looks like a reflection from a light bulb on a piece of glass that the camera is shooting through. Notice how the background moves behind the object? |

Yup, good stuff. This video is so clear as to what you are looking at. That blue certainly is the sky. It is the sky, right? Or maybe it is just curtains, or the hood of a car or anything blue because you are never given any perspective as to what the drat you are actually looking at.
