I don't think it's a roommate. He wrote down an apartment number, so probably a neighbor.
My upstairs neighbors are loud as hell all the time, yelling and stomping around, so I really don't care if I wake them up when I have sex. |

It's also common courtesy not to be a major douche when you know someone is sleeping. Especially when its at school and you don't have the option to sleep with ear plugs because you still have to be able to hear your alarm in the morning. Neither of these guys are that nice though. |

Earplugs = Good!
One hot summer a couple of local dogs decided to have barking conversaions from 1AM to 4AM EVERY dratING NIGHT OF THE WEEK! My options were: sleep with window shut (and boil) or earplugs.
Murdering the mutts also crossed my mind... |
