Takes a sideways viewing sort to understand the humour dude, broke the usual stand up pooe, and made modern humour, although they took a lot of stuff from the old bbc radio show "round the horn" which was so way out for the 60's even had Julian and Sandy sketch which used gay lingo to get round the censors |

True that @ferdyfred! Add to it a "living on the prairies" sense of humour 
MontyPython has some of the funniest things I've ever seen (or heard, I like their records too)!
BUT!
They've put out some Ghod-Awful crap too! At least IMHO. Seriously not funny at all.
I guess they push the boundries in the name of comedy = it doesn't please everyone, eh? |
