it's sad that simple, non-sexual human contact is so shocking to some people.
are you really that closed off from other people that everything needs to be sanitised, sterilised, done through several layers of clothing and, perferrably, from twenty feet away? |

If my brother helps me in a hospital to go to the bathroom, or gives me a sponge bath because I cannot do it for myself, is he violating me, or somehow making me his sex object?

Well, it depends on how you look at it. You look at it with deeply repressed and heavily into seeing perversion in every little thing western first world eyes, and it seems creepy.
If you look at it in a more relaxed manner, it is simply a posed picture of two people years apart. He is not squeezing anything, merely covering things and they may not even be related, and even if they are, why assume it is somehow incest?
