so one year in high school i hung out with this one kid who was a year younger than me at his house, he had a sister who was my age and kind of chunky. the next year in history class there's this kind of cute girl who sat in front of me and we talked and flirted with each other with out really introducing ourselves, one day she mentions her brother who happens to be that one kid, and i look right at her and say, "youre that guys sister?" and she looks at me and says, "yeah... youve been to my house." swear to god the girl i remember at that guys house and the girl who sat in front of me in history class looked absolutely nothing a like. yup. true story. |

i went from 245lbs to 140 in a little under a year. It's not the weight thats the problem or changes your looks. It's bodyfat percentage. |
