I think she looks hot either way, but to me there is certainly an aesthetic improvement after the surgery.
It's so weird how some people are shocked, SHOCKED that anyone can find her attractive.
As it turns out, different people find different things appealing.

The "anime look" is done with make-up, there's dozens of how-to vidoes explaining that.
The only surgery I can see is that she got her nose narrowed: no weirdness there. |

AFAIK the title is completely bull. I don't remember the name of the girl, but I know she's made a thing and became moderately famous about wearing makeup and contacts to make herself look like a doll. There was absolutely no surgery involved. |

She looks like one of those "Real Dolls" I saw a documentary on HBO about them. Not only are they creepy to look at, the people that bought them and were on the show were f*cking weird as well. |

Undoubtably there was a screw-up in the surgery and her neck muscles were damaged. She's incapable of holding her head straight now. |

It looks terrible, obviously, but you really have to admire the talent involved. Both the plastic surgeon and whoever does her makeup (I assume her), are quite skilled. Not a fan of either plastic surgeon's or makeup "artists" but when they go for the completely goofy approach (Remember that chick who transformed into Jared Leto?) I like it. I mean, what appears to be a full on porcelain complexion seems both very complicated and bizarre. |
