The only good thing about it is that it allows us to see who won early by who gets the Eastern Swing states, specifically Florida and Ohio.
The only reason why the electoral college isn't working like it should is because the two big parties keep taking 90%+ of the popular vote. |

So true. Romney leads in Florida, North Carolina and Colorado. Even if he wins those three swing states and the next two that Obama has a slight lead in (Virginia & New Hampshire) he still would lose 261 to Obama's 285. But if Romney gets Ohio which Obama has had a lead in the whole time then Romney could win. It's really all about who gets Ohio. |

markust: Only 9 states are 'Likely Obama' in the RCP map. Romney has 13 'Likely' states and the states you mentioned by name are still considered 'toss up'. Overall only 10 electoral votes separate them, unless you're conceding Florida which would give Romney the lead 220 to 201. |

You are seriously insane. I was challenging your statement that today's polls show a bounce for Romney from the debate. You were clearly wrong since the numbers from yesterday (that were released today) were taken before the debate was over. I can't do it anymore. I'm done with you. Don't waste your time. I had him with hard department of labor statistics that proved he was wrong and he responded by saying that he wasn't wrong because he remembered seeing something different on TV 30 years ago.
