The LEDs are inside the hula hoop. The camera used to shoot it wasn't very high quality (it was probably her phone camera or something) so it looks like a blurry lighting effect when the hoop is moving. |

Mesmerizing - I really awed at the elbow-moves. That is the most bedazzling hoop I've ever seen - the girl actually came second to my spectating. |

Wow. I'd be impressed even if she were not semi clad to begin with, but hell...she looks awesome, has talent and skill and what I hate to admit also better shape and core muscles than myself.

@ScottSerious: With a hi-def camera - or one in focus - you'd have been able to see the hula hoop better. I think it's fine as is, because you could claim it was added in with effects - until the hoop slows/stops and you actually see it and go "whoa". |
