I've heard men being called a bitch. It means, a malicious, spiteful, or overbearing person. It's not a sexist word, at least not nowadays.
Your logic is flawed, Obama has done many things wrong, but I'd never use the N-word to describe him (or anyone else). That word is not in my vocabulary and I'm sorry to hear that it is part of yours. |

FoolsPrussia, you are correct that pointing out hypocrisy is overdone and should probably be avoided most of the time. And thank you for noting that I am not a misogynist.

@Andrew: I am aware of her gay marriage stance, and I disagree with it. That doesn't mean we can't agree with her when she stands up against another form of bigotry. I don't find accusing others of hypocrisy often accomplishes much more in an argument than changing the subject.
I posted this because I thought it was an entertaining political smackdown. I didn't see you making mysoginist statements like some of the other dweebs on here, so I know you're not like those guys. |

The main thing to note here is that this lady is a hypocrite. She claims to want equal civil rights, but then she oppresses gays by being against Gay Marriage. Despite what you all think, this woman is not infallible because she takes the ridiculously uncourageous stance of being against sexism (basically everyone in the West is against it). She is, in fact, very fallible. Her immigration policy would be considered pretty racist by American standards, too.
Her approval rating is 27%, and her disapproval rating is 60%. We're talking about Bush levels.

Jamie, you are weird. I am not conservative. I am not anti-woman. I am not for or against either of these Australian politicians. She is annoying though, and my Australian friend, who is in her party, thinks she is boring. And she is. What's the problem here?

I have an Australian friend who has run for high office there and has told me he spent an entire night talking with this current Prime Minister. He said she was actually the most BORING person you could ever speak to.
