He didn't say any of the peoplel who were naked were misbehaving.
So basically, even though they're not bothering anyone, he wants to
ban their behavior because ... because .... okay, I'm lost.
What's the justification for this? |

I walk through this neighborhood everyday. It's not a problem. San Francisco is a beautiful, unique city where people are more free. I don't see this law passing.
