it looks like a hula-hoop carying bag, so she can carry her hula-hoop to the hula-hoop excercise centre, to exercise with the hula-hoop. Kind of like how they have yoga carying bags, so people can carry their yoga mats to the yoga exercise centre, to exercise with yoga. |
