Hahaha, that's good ol' Japan for ya! I went to a place like that when I was in Japan while I was in the Marine Corps. They're called "no-pan kissa" which means "no panties cafe." They're basically coffee shops where the waitresses are young college-aged girls dressed in school girl type outfits like in this picture but they don't wear panties and the floors are mirrored. |
