False. My friend has to undergo periodic drug testing whenever he starts at a new work site, and he's smoked the night before and still passed. The difference is in how much you smoke. If you smoke pot on a regular basis, it stays in your system longer. THC is stored in fat cells, and the secondary metabolites formed in your body as it's broken down are too. Most drug tests don't just test THC, but these other metabolites. Flush kits are sketchy at best, but it all depends on how active of a smoker you are. |

Actually, no many drugs do not stay in the system that long. Only 1 drug does. Drug tests only catch potheads, not the dangerous drug addicts that are addicted to things like meth or pills. |

If you smoked pot on vacation 2 weeks ago, for example, you'll still test positive now and be at risk of losing your job. If, on the other hand, you spent half of last night drinking and the rest of the night awake having sex you'll test negative today but you'll be a considerable danger behind the wheel. |

In a way I'm for testing, because there are certainly jobs where if you're messed up you're a serious threat to public safety, such as driving a bus. However, we've taken it way too far. Now you can't get a job flipping burgers without the company having the right to test you. God forbid you mishandle the hot fry oil. What's next, drug testing before you go skiing? I mean, if you ski on drugs you'll probably get hurt, so maybe we need to start testing! Hell, won't be long before you can't walk down the street without a drug test, because you might randomly stab somebody if you're on drugs, therefore everyone who walks down the street needs to be drug tested! |

Not the same thing. You can choose not to smoke weed. You can't choose to be born black or white.

Yeah the stuff works. The people who make these types of things are true American heroes. Not hiring somebody or locking them up for smoking weed is discrimination. Plain and simple. to KLouD. dont say it unless you know what you are talking about. i have used these kits for 9 jobs during winter whean i get laid off. it works everytim e. i have even had it sent to alab... and passed. there is a temperature gauge on the bottle bu it is not even close to accurate. also sometimes i wait for a long time and ... it still worked. where do you ask? how about one of only three harley davidson plants in the world. they gave me the full 15 tab test. most of you have never even seen an eight tab test. the more tabs=the more drug tested for=the more money an employer has to pay.they als9o have shampoo for hair dna samples and mouthwash for mouth swab tests. dont get the mouth wash if all you do is weed. it only takes about 2 days of not smoking to pass a mouth swab. |

you'd have to make sure the temperature is right (between 95F - 100F, I think) or you FAIL the test immediately.
It says "state of the art heating system" so I assume this is a kit used to pass a drug test. What throws me off is the "fetish" part. |

It says it's "Synthetic" urine, which I don't think they can detect in a drug test, but you'd have to make sure the temperature is right (between 95F - 100F, I think) or you FAIL the test immediately. |
