The guy is Big Lo, considered to be Seattle's biggest sports fan (for all Seattle teams). The barcode is the actual UPC for the Big Lo action figure - that's right, he has an action figure - but the product was (is?) only available in Seattle team stores and thus the UPC would only be recognized in those stores. |

If I had to guess, it's Seahawks (or other Seattle sports team) related. But honestly don't know. Quick google of SeaFence has a few Seahawk hits, so.. I win right? |
