Monday, October 01, 2012 9:22:58 PM High school job? In this economy, this is your career. I've vowed never to work in fast food. I've been stuck in retail for a long, long time. Now I'm waitressing (which pays a hell of a lot better.) Still not going anywhere in life though. |

Monday, October 01, 2012 5:11:45 PM My worst job was picking runner beans. Damn, that was hard work. Ground level to overhead, over and over and over and over again. For £1 an hour. I was 13 and this was before minimum wage laws, so they could pay me anything they liked. 6 weeks full time of that in the summer holidays was enough to buy me a ZX Spectrum 48K, which I thought was the most awesome thing ever invented. |

Monday, October 01, 2012 10:01:43 AM Why are there no white people on this sign? Is it because only ethnicities can apply? Or they think whites don't need the job? |

Monday, October 01, 2012 9:31:00 AM Yea.. I worked at McDonald's as a kid and my old boss started from the bottom and made a career out of it. He is now an incredibly wealthy man and owns several franchises. But he would still perform the lowest tasks like changing out the cooking oil or even working on the line putting together sandwiches. |

Monday, October 01, 2012 8:18:05 AM Actually the senior management in most national fast food restaurants get paid a hell of a lot. It's the only reason why most take the job on. It's easy and you get paid decentley for doing it. |
