Hey, I'll bet there have been a lot of house owners who were appalled to find out what happened to that nice bungalow on Maple Street they rented out. Many would be happy to walk away from the mess with a lowball price in their pocket. Here in BC it would dope grow-ops, which just destroy rental properties. |
