Really? You must not have watched the 9/11 commission grill the Bush administration about what they knew when. "I don't recall" was the phase of that hearing. But I agree they should throw people in jail who use that as an excuse. |

His multiple answer of 'I don't recall' is only the same response lots of US and UK politicians have used over the years... from Reagan to more recently in the UK Leveson inquiry into press hacking phones, our own PM David Cameron had the most 'I don't recall' responses of any of the called witnesses so far. |

@Sutra....this wasn't a court proceeding. If it were in court it would have taken 10 seconds. This sounded like a mediated deposition, which are very informal where you cannot be held in contempt for acting like an idiot. |
