I work beside Pearson National airport..i can show you a plane every 3 minutes without gear down at that height on approach...secondly that is a pretty dangerous ( and most likely illegal) altitude for a fly by |

It's bullpoo when airlines charge us for the extra luggage, When a boeing 747 can carry a space shuttle stop asking the customers for one extra baggage.. |

It's a flyover not a landing, no need for the landing gear to be out. |

It wasn't landing, it was doing a low flyover of LA and Orange Counties, so that people could see the shuttle. |
