I imagine someone in one of the middle offices trying to get work done and getting all pissed off because his lights keep inexplicably turning on and off in random colors. |

Not an apartment building. It's MIT's Green Building, full of labs and classrooms. Very cool though, it took a lot of work to do. Its been done a few times. |
